A new apparatus from Steens Physical with new possibilities in training of explosive strength. The speed pulley from Steens Physical is equipped with big 100 mm. pulleys and ball bearings which gives the best mechanical function. The apparatus has double pull action, which gives one person the opportunity to choose between single or double pull, or two persons one pulley each. It can be attached to a wall or to the Steens Physical Module System.
Weight including standard extra 2,5 kg. weights are 62,5 kg.
Use of a single pull gives efficient resistance from 1 - 12 kg.
